If you are not 100% satisfied with our service during your first paid month, we will refund your payment in full. No complicated procedures, no questions asked.

1. The Guarantee

We want partnering with ReviewDesk to be completely risk-free for your hotel. ReviewDesk provides:

Free initial sample replies: You can test our drafting quality on your actual reviews before paying anything or providing account access.
100% refund on your first paid month: If you decide to subscribe (€49 per property / month) and feel that the service did not meet your expectations during the first 30 days, we will refund 100% of the first month’s fee.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and direct:

Send an email to alok@cavoratechnologies.com from the email address registered with your account.
Include your hotel name and state that you wish to receive a refund for your first month. You may also message us directly on WhatsApp at +91 91426 39282.
We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once requested, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used (PayPal account or bank transfer).

4. Conditions & Limits

First month eligibility: The guarantee applies to the first paid monthly cycle of each property. It can be claimed at any point during that first 30-day billing period.
One refund per property: The 100% money-back guarantee is valid once per property / hotel.
Month-to-month cancellation: ReviewDesk operates strictly on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel renewal at any time without penalty.
